CGC was founded by Clare Goodwin in 2018.
Clare is a leading strategic communications expert, honing a wealth of experience from her roles at Estée Lauder Companies where she led the communications strategy globally at Bobbi Brown and Jo Malone London.
One of the first to acknowledge an evolution in the PR landscape she came to market with an integrated digital first approach, recognising that to service a brand in today’s world it required not just traditional media, but events, partnerships, collaborations, celebrity and influencer relationships, to meet the needs of a brand's full ecosystem.
Clare formulated an agile and elevated approach recognising how to react to brands' needs in an ever-evolving marketplace. Operating as a trusted extension of the brand's team with a nuanced understanding of the brand vision and story.
After launching with her first client, Hermès Parfum and Beauty, she continued to curate a portfolio of the world’s leading beauty brands including: Augustinus Bader, Westman Atelier, Glossier and Diptyque.
The recent expansion of CGC into the U.S. and Middle East demonstrates Clare’s ambition to present brands with a streamlined approach from a global perspective.
In 2022 CGC announced The Collective, a talent arm to the business, to not only build brands but also the talent of tomorrow.
